| Once in a month on the Poosam or Pushya Nakshtra (Cancer star) day, He remains with us for 24 hours continuously. His coming daily at noon time of intense day light is meant for helping us especially for our body- transformation. Swami Ramalingam gave importance to this noon time which he calls, "Pin Paattu Kaalai". The Mother
of Sri Aurobindo Ashram intuitively fixed this time for one's birth-day meditation in Sri Aurobindo's room.
